Free Users

You can use the Free templates for personal use or commercial use but You must credit the author with a link or text in exchange for using the Templates. In this link or text you should write: Designed by Brosiu.com

Subscribers & Buyers

Purchasing a template on Brosiu grants you an Unlimited Use License, authorising you to use the purchased template in an unlimited number of personal or commercial projects.

We have a Pro License for Yearly Subscription, 3-day Pass or if you bought an item individually for that you can use them in an unlimited number of personal or commercial projects.

  • Free users You can use this templates for Personal Use or Commercial Use but You must credit the author with a link or text for using the Templates.
  • Subscribers (Yearly Subscribers or 3-Day Pass) You can use the Templates without crediting the author and you can use it as many times as you wish for personal and commercial purposes unlimited-use licensing conditions as a regular customer.

  • If you are a Free User you must insert the credits in the artwork for personal use or commercial use.
  • If you have a Yearly Pass so it's not necessary.

Yes. You can continue using the templates you have downloaded for commercial projects.

Pro License

Users with an active: Yearly Pass or 3-Day Pass are granted an Unlimited Use License for any template downloaded from StockInDesign during the active subscription period.

You can:

  • You can use a Template to create an End Product for yourself or for a client.
  • Use our Premium templates in work which will be printed and distributed.
  • You can modify or manipulate the Template.
  • Use a template downloaded from StockInDesign after your membership has expired.
  • Use the template for printed or digital products.

You cannot:

  • You can’t use a Template in any application allowing an end user to customize a digital or physical product to their specific needs, such as an “made to order” or “on demand” application.
  • Host our templates on a server, website or blog.
  • Redistribute or sell our templates.

Photo License Agreement

This Photo License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Brosiu Inc., a [Your Country] company (“Licensor”), and the individual or entity licensing the photographs (“Licensee”). By purchasing and downloading photographs from [Your Website], the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. Grant of License:

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute the purchased photographs in accordance with the terms and conditions specified herein.

2. Permitted Uses:

Licensee may use the photographs for personal, commercial, and editorial purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, marketing materials, and print publications.

3. Prohibited Uses:

Licensee may not sublicense, sell, or distribute the photographs in a manner that competes with [Your Company Name]. The photographs may not be used in any defamatory, obscene, or illegal manner.

Resale of images is prohibited.

4. Ownership and Copyright:

All photographs remain the intellectual property of Licensor. This license does not transfer ownership or copyright of the photographs to the Licensee.

5. Model and Property Releases:

Licensee is responsible for obtaining any necessary model or property releases for the intended use of the photographs. Licensor does not provide any representations or warranties regarding the existence of such releases.

6. Attribution:

Attribution is not required but is appreciated.

7. Termination:

This license is effective until terminated. Licensor reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if Licensee breaches any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must cease using the photographs and destroy any copies in their possession.

8. Refund Policy:

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for downloaded photographs.
